2. What data we collect

When you make a booking enquiry we collect:

• Your full name, email address, mobile number and home postcode
• Driver age band and hire type (private or business)
• Company name (if applicable)
• Your booking requirements, estimated mileage and any notes you provide

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data to process your booking enquiry, check vehicle availability, communicate with you about your enquiry, and fulfil our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Marketing consent

We will only send you marketing communications if you have given explicit, opt-in consent. Marketing consent is never pre-ticked. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting the branch.

5. Data sharing

We may share your booking data with the Practical national network for the purpose of fulfilling your rental. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the rental and meet legal requirements. Booking records are retained in line with our retention policy and can be deleted on request subject to legal obligations.
