These terms apply to enquiries submitted through this website. Full vehicle-rental terms and the rental agreement will be provided when the Enfield branch confirms your hire. This website is operated by Vehicles On Demand Limited trading as Practical Car & Van Rental Enfield (Company No: 17149551), the independent franchisee operating the Practical Car & Van Rental Enfield branch at 22 Island Centre Way, Enfield, EN3 6GS. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ.
2. Enquiries only
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking or rental agreement, and does not guarantee vehicle availability. Your rental is only confirmed once the Enfield branch has reviewed availability and confirmed the booking with you in writing or by phone.
3. Pricing
Pricing is confirmed by the branch when your booking is confirmed. A quote will be provided on enquiry based on your requirements.
4. Driver requirements
The lead driver must hold a full valid driving licence, meet the minimum age requirement, and present all required documentation at collection. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements.
5. Vehicle allocation
Vehicle categories are shown as examples only. We will provide a vehicle of the equivalent category or better. The actual make, model and registration may vary and is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by the branch.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please contact the branch as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
7. Liability
The hirer is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including any damage, excess mileage, fuel and traffic or parking charges.
8. Franchise disclosure
This website represents the Practical Car & Van Rental Enfield branch only, operated as an independent franchise. It is not the Practical national website.
