A step-by-step walkthrough of booking, check-in and collection at the Practical Enfield branch.
Make an enquiry
Enter your collection and return dates, choose your vehicle category, and provide your contact details through our online enquiry form. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking — it tells us what you need.
We confirm your booking
Our Enfield team checks availability and contacts you to confirm the booking, agree the rate and answer any questions. Your hire is only confirmed once the branch confirms it with you.
Complete your Pre-Rental Check-In
If requested, complete the secure Pre-Rental Check-In online before collection. Upload your driving licence documents and provide your rental information so we can prepare everything in advance.
Collect your vehicle
Bring your original driving licence, proof of address and payment card to the Enfield branch at your confirmed collection time. We complete the paperwork and hand over the keys.
Enjoy your rental
Drive away with your vehicle. During the rental, take care of the vehicle, refuel as agreed, and contact us if you need to extend or have any issues.
Return the vehicle
Return the vehicle to the Enfield branch at the agreed return time and in the agreed condition. We inspect the vehicle, release your deposit and close out your rental.
Good to know
- • Standard hours: Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00, Saturday 09:00–12:00, Sunday closed.
- • Please bring all required documents to collection — we cannot release the vehicle without them.
- • Your vehicle is not reserved until the branch confirms your booking.
